A senior executive with over 30 years of Industry experience, served in Markets across the Globe and in India. She has been a Technology Leader focused on complex enterprise transformation, accelerating business outcomes for clients.
Currently, Executive Partner & Quality Leader for IBM and Hyderabad Location Leader, driving superior Client Delivery & Quality transformation. Till last year as Global Testing Practice Leader, she led the Global Delivery centres for testing services. Prior to joining IBM, she was heading the Global Test Practice at Virtusa and several Senior leadership positions at Capgemini, Infosys and Aricent.
Anu has extensive experience in building large-scale COEs with global clients, leading globally distributed organizations that manage Sales, Business Development and Delivery portfolios, expanding market penetration and driving growth. Her passion for results has helped her thrive in challenging client situations and innovate to drive change.
A Champion of inclusion and diversity and developing strong relationships, she works closely with the Women Tech communities to Advance/Mentor aspiring women.
She is a Marathon Runner, practices Yoga, an avid reader and passionate about making a positive impact on people around.
