Feeling exhausted, anxious, scattered, depressed, low motivation, irritable, and/or just over it? You're not alone 61% of US workers are saying they feel burned out, 66% of that are women. The stats are not necessarily surprising, but what now? As we move forward into the rest of 2021 and 2022 how do we cope with these feelings of burnout? Since March 2020, many of us have been living in a state of distress while also working. Many of us dropped or eased our own boundaries with work so that we could meet the new demands of the job, show our value, or to cope with so much that was out of control. Now many of us are now feeling burned out and struggling with what to do next. Tools that help our body emotionally regulate and return to a state of relaxation allows our minds to process information and truly find rest. Increase your knowledge and ability to use hand-on techniques and approaches to help with your burnout prevention and recovery.
