Join us for Part 2 of our Reboot Your Career series to learn more about how to nail your behavioral interviews and reach your career goals in 2022.
Our speaker will kick off this virtual event with an overview of behavioral interview tips. She will discuss the intent of these interviews, common prompts, techniques for answering open ended questions, and how to stand out to make a great first impression.
About the Speaker: Emily Ritter is an environmental scientist turned software engineer that is driven by the limitlessness of projects that sit at the intersection of sustainability and technology.
She started her tech career attending The Iron Yard bootcamp for back-end development then worked as a web developer in the advertising industry for five years. Emily has since joined Palmetto Solar where she works as a Senior Software Engineer contributing to the company's mission of leading the world toward a clean energy future. After several years volunteering for our network, Emily stepped into a Director role for Women Who Code DFW in January 2022.
Emily has experience conducting and participating in interviews for various-sized companies and is eager to share the tips and tricks she's picked up along the way with our community.
