Presented by WWCode CONNECT REIMAGINE Speaker: Sabrina Macpherson, Product Manager @ Morningstar/FinTech
How do you build teams that cooperate, that trust one another, that work together, that are willing to take risks and innovate, and that are successful? The domains that study human brains and minds – neuroscience and psychology chief among them – can provide an approach that meaningfully helps business leaders build stronger, happier, and more productive teams. Through memorable animal-based analogies, you will learn about the parts of the brain that your leadership needs to activate – and some of the practices that can help to foster creativity, collaboration, innovation, and trust.
