Most tech companies will tell you they’re on a mission to hire more women for tech positions but there is still a large gap between vision and reality.
At Taboola we decided to put a special focus on this gap and actually walk our talk. In this case study, I’ll share how in a collaborative effort between our engineers, managers, recruitment and branding teams, we managed to end 2021 with a record number of women in tech positions, what methods we used and how you can do so too.
